Service Description
Our private parties have a 10-child minimum (up to 30 max). All projects include art supplies, instruction, tattoos, music, and fun! One Project - Painting or Slime (1.5 hours): $450 ($45 per child) for the first 10 children, $25 per each additional child. Two Projects - Painting and Slime (2 hours): $590 ($59 per child) for the first 10 children, $37 per each additional child. Food: you may bring your own food and drinks. A $35 flat cleanup fee applies if you bring your own food. Decorations: bring your own, or rent our $65 Decorations Package (includes a balloon arch, birthday banner, swirls/garlands, and table covers). Adults: we recommend one adult per child to avoid overcrowding (unlimited family members for the birthday child). Booking: a $200 deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due 3 days before the party with your final headcount. Cancellation Policy
ArtVilla Studio Payment/Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver 1. Payment Policy Payment is required to secure your reservation, whether made online, by phone, or in person. All payments are non-refundable. For open sessions or classes, cancellations made at least 36 hours in advance will receive studio credit for future use. Studio credit is valid for 12 months, is non-transferable, and may be applied toward any eligible class or event. Private party cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive studio credit or reschedule. Deposits for private parties are non-refundable. No-shows for any event will result in forfeited payment and no credit issued. ArtVilla Studio reserves the right to cancel any class or event due to unforeseen circumstances. If ArtVilla Studio must cancel a class or event, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving studio credit. 2. Liability Waiver By entering ArtVilla Studio, located at 11395 W Palmetto Park Road, Suite AA, Boca Raton, FL 33428, or by participating in an event presented by ArtVilla Studio outside of its physical location, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You voluntarily participate in activities and/or allow your minor child(ren) or guest(s) to participate, fully aware of potential risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, allergic reactions, and other unforeseen incidents. You assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur on the premises, whether to yourself, your guest(s), or your minor child(ren)/ward(s), and regardless of cause. You release and hold harmless ArtVilla Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from your participation or presence on the premises. You agree to indemnify and defend ArtVilla Studio against any claims brought by third parties due to your actions or the actions of your guest(s). Non-participants (guests who are not actively taking part in an activity) are also subject to this waiver. Our services are provided for entertainment purposes only. 3. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, Florida. By making a reservation, paying a deposit, or entering the premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy & Liability Waiver.
