PAYMENT POLICY: Paying online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose not to pay online, please call the studio to pay by phone.​

 

All reservations made online or in the studio are non-refundable.  We require a 36 hour notice for cancellation of any reservation for family classes, sip&paint events or any paint classes. At the time of the cancellation, a new reservation can be made, or a studio credit may be issued. Your spot gets reserved right after you make your payment. No shows for a class will forfeit their payment.

 

Private Parties (including kids private parties) must cancel 14 days before the date of the booking in order to receive studio credit or reschedule for a different date.

Deposit for private parties is non refundable.

 

No shows will not receive a refund or studio credit.
