ArtVilla Studio Payment and Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver

 

1. Payment Policy

​

Payment is required to secure your reservation, whether made online, by phone, or in person.

​

All payments are non-refundable.

 

For open sessions or classes, cancellations made at least 36 hours in advance will receive studio credit for future use. Studio credit is valid for 12 months, is non-transferable, and may be applied toward any eligible class or event.

 

Private party cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive studio credit or reschedule. Deposits for private parties are non-refundable.

 

No partial refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be issued due to a reduced number of participants, late arrivals, early departures, or changes in attendance, regardless of the reason.

 

No-shows for any event will result in forfeited payment and no credit issued.

ArtVilla Studio reserves the right to cancel any class or event due to unforeseen circumstances. If ArtVilla Studio must cancel a class or event, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving studio credit.

2. Liability Waiver

​

By entering ArtVilla Studio, located at 11395 W Palmetto Park Road, Suite AA, Boca Raton, FL 33428, or by participating in an event presented by ArtVilla Studio outside of its physical location, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

• You voluntarily participate in activities and/or allow your minor child(ren) or guest(s) to participate, fully aware of potential risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, allergic reactions, use of art materials and tools, and other unforeseen incidents.

 

• You assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur on the premises, whether to yourself, your guest(s), or your minor child(ren)/ward(s), and regardless of cause.

 

• You release and hold harmless ArtVilla Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or demands arising from your participation or presence on the premises.

 

• You agree to indemnify and defend ArtVilla Studio against any claims brought by third parties due to your actions or the actions of your guest(s), including minor child(ren).

 

• Non-participants (guests who are not actively taking part in an activity) are also subject to this waiver.

Photography & Media Release

​

By attending any class, event, or private party at ArtVilla Studio, you grant ArtVilla Studio the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record you and any minor child(ren) or guest(s) in attendance. You consent to the use of such photographs or recordings for promotional, marketing, social media, website, advertising, and other lawful business purposes, without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, it is your responsibility to notify ArtVilla Studio staff prior to the start of the event.

Minor Consent & Parental Authorization

If you are registering, accompanying, or permitting a minor (under 18 years of age) to attend or participate in any class, event, or private party at ArtVilla Studio, you represent and warrant that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have been expressly authorized by the parent or legal guardian to provide this consent on their behalf.

You give permission for the minor to participate in all activities associated with the event and acknowledge that such participation may involve the use of art materials, tools, food, beverages, and shared studio space.

 

You expressly consent to and agree to all terms of this Payment Policy, Liability Waiver, and Media Release on behalf of the minor, including but not limited to the assumption of risk, release of liability, indemnification, and photography and media provisions.

 

You assume full responsibility for supervising the minor at all times unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by ArtVilla Studio, and you acknowledge that ArtVilla Studio does not provide childcare or supervision services.

 

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless ArtVilla Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising out of or related to the minor’s participation, including claims brought by or on behalf of the minor.

 

Our services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

 

3. Governing Law

 

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

 

By making a reservation, paying a deposit, or entering the premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy and Liability Waiver.
