Up to 60 people. Ideal for recitals, performances, talks, presentations, and audience-style events where everyone faces the front.

Classroom or Teams-Style Seating with AV Add-Ons

Up to 40 people. Great for workshops, trainings, classes, seminars, and meetings where guests need table space for writing, laptops, or materials. Also perfect for team events, collaborative sessions, social games, club gatherings, and interactive group activities.

Open Area (With or Without Stage and/or Blacklight)

Up to 40 people. Best for movement-based activities, mingling, discussion circles, rehearsals, or events that need open floor space with seating around the perimeter.

Access and Amenities

Easy curbside drop-off and pickup, ADA-accessible space with step-free entry, dedicated food/beverage area with refrigerator/freezer and water cooler, dressing room, and private restroom.
