Private SELF-GUIDED Painting Sessions
A fun, relaxed, creative evening of painting - all art supplies provided but no formal instructions.
Service Description
Our self-guided private parties (minimum of 4 people on weekdays or 10 people on weekends) are designed as open creative experiences, meaning there are no formal painting instructions — guests simply enjoy the process and paint at their own pace. Because the environment is calm, flexible, and self-paced, this format is especially comfortable for guests who prefer a low-pressure creative setting, including many neurodiverse individuals and those who enjoy creating without strict structure or time pressure. We provide all the supplies needed for a great creative experience, including tabletop easels, canvases, brushes, paints, and aprons. Guests are encouraged to pre-select their individual paintings from our Collection for Adults or Collection for Children so we can pre-sketch the canvases for your convenience. If you prefer, we can also provide blank canvases to encourage freestyle creativity and personal expression. The cost for this format is $30 per person (4 people minimum on weekdays, 10 people minimum on weekends). Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, and adults may BYOB. Cancellation Policy
ArtVilla Studio Payment/Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver 1. Payment Policy Payment is required to secure your reservation, whether made online, by phone, or in person. All payments are non-refundable. For open sessions or classes, cancellations made at least 36 hours in advance will receive studio credit for future use. Studio credit is valid for 12 months, is non-transferable, and may be applied toward any eligible class or event. Private party cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive studio credit or reschedule. Deposits for private parties are non-refundable. No-shows for any event will result in forfeited payment and no credit issued. ArtVilla Studio reserves the right to cancel any class or event due to unforeseen circumstances. If ArtVilla Studio must cancel a class or event, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving studio credit. 2. Liability Waiver By entering ArtVilla Studio, located at 11395 W Palmetto Park Road, Suite AA, Boca Raton, FL 33428, or by participating in an event presented by ArtVilla Studio outside of its physical location, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You voluntarily participate in activities and/or allow your minor child(ren) or guest(s) to participate, fully aware of potential risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, allergic reactions, and other unforeseen incidents. You assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur on the premises, whether to yourself, your guest(s), or your minor child(ren)/ward(s), and regardless of cause. You release and hold harmless ArtVilla Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from your participation or presence on the premises. You agree to indemnify and defend ArtVilla Studio against any claims brought by third parties due to your actions or the actions of your guest(s). Non-participants (guests who are not actively taking part in an activity) are also subject to this waiver. Our services are provided for entertainment purposes only. 3. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, Florida. By making a reservation, paying a deposit, or entering the premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy & Liability Waiver.
