Book Your Private Painting Party for Any Event or Occasion!
Service Description
Our adult paint parties have a minimum of 10 people (and maximum of 40). Our minimum charge for 10 people is $400. We offer discounts for larger groups and will happily work with you and your budget. The price includes ALL of the following - no surprises, surcharges, or hidden fees: - glow-in-the-dark blacklight experience (comes standard with all our parties); - all art supplies and aprons; - competent and friendly instructions from our kind and engaging artist teachers; - music (curated by us or chosen by you); - use of our fridge if you choose to bring your food and drinks (including adult beverages - we are BYOB); - cleanup after the party; - and, of course, good times for everyone! :) Each person can pick a different painting from our collection: http://www.artvillastudio.com/gallery/. We don’t force all guests to paint the same thing (unless that’s what you want to do). Please inform us of your choice(s) at least 3 days before the event so we can prepare the canvases. Standard adult canvas size is 12x16. Minimum of 10 people required for a PRIVATE party. If you have less than 10 (but more than 4) people in your party, you are welcome to come paint with us (at $45 per person), but the party won't be "private" - the studio will be open to the public. We require a deposit of $200 to book the date. The final balance will be adjusted based on your final headcount, and will be due 3 days before the event. Cancellation Policy
ArtVilla Studio Payment/Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver 1. Payment Policy Payment is required to secure your reservation, whether made online, by phone, or in person. All payments are non-refundable. For open sessions or classes, cancellations made at least 36 hours in advance will receive studio credit for future use. Studio credit is valid for 12 months, is non-transferable, and may be applied toward any eligible class or event. Private party cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive studio credit or reschedule. Deposits for private parties are non-refundable. No-shows for any event will result in forfeited payment and no credit issued. ArtVilla Studio reserves the right to cancel any class or event due to unforeseen circumstances. If ArtVilla Studio must cancel a class or event, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving studio credit. 2. Liability Waiver By entering ArtVilla Studio, located at 11395 W Palmetto Park Road, Suite AA, Boca Raton, FL 33428, or by participating in an event presented by ArtVilla Studio outside of its physical location, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You voluntarily participate in activities and/or allow your minor child(ren) or guest(s) to participate, fully aware of potential risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, allergic reactions, and other unforeseen incidents. You assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur on the premises, whether to yourself, your guest(s), or your minor child(ren)/ward(s), and regardless of cause. You release and hold harmless ArtVilla Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from your participation or presence on the premises. You agree to indemnify and defend ArtVilla Studio against any claims brought by third parties due to your actions or the actions of your guest(s). Non-participants (guests who are not actively taking part in an activity) are also subject to this waiver. Our services are provided for entertainment purposes only. 3. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, Florida. By making a reservation, paying a deposit, or entering the premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy & Liability Waiver.
